delta dunarii este declarata monument al naturii, cea mai mare si mai bine conservata dintre delteleDELTA DUNARII este declarata monument al naturii, cea mai mare si mai bine conservata dintre DELTELE EUROPEI, in anul 1991 intrand in patrimoniul mondial al UNESCO, ca rezervatie a biosferei. Delta Dunarii ofera turistilor mii de atractii. Este una din cele mai intinse zone umede din lume, care cuprinde 400 de locuri, paduri de stejari si frasin, dune de nisip si plaje salbatice pe litoralul marin deltoic. La acestea se adauga o imensa zona de stufaris ce confera Deltei o diversitate si o varietate a peisajului nemaintalnite in alte zone. Mai trebuie adaugat ca aproape o treime din totalul speciilor de plante existente in Romania se afla in Delta. Rezervatie Naturala, Delta Dunarii ascunde un tinut exotic cu peste 1200 de specii de copaci si plante, cu cea mai bogata fauna ornitologica de pe continent, ce cuprinde mai mult de 300 de specii, printre care colonii rare de pelican, dar si intiologica reprezentata de aproximativ 100 de specii dintre care heringul de Dunare si sturioni, de la care se obtine pretiosul caviar. Aria detine cea mai mare rezervatie de tinuturi umede din Europa pentru ca acopera o suprafata de 2681 km. Ca urmare a acestui fapt, in anul 1990 UNESCO a inclus Delta Dunarii, cea mai noua forma de relief din tara, ferita de “progresul industrializarii”, printre rezervatiile biosferei. Delta are ceva aparte, care te face sa te indragostesti iremediabil de ea : aerul, apa, vegetatia. Natura e superba, stuful, salciile, nuferii, florile rare, speciile de pesti si pasari pe care nu le gasesti in alta parte – lebede, pelicani. In Delta Dunarii au fost clasificate peste 320 de specii de pasari. Dintre acestea, 170 de specii cuibaresc aici, restul doar poposesc in Delta, in migratie, zece specii fiind ocrotite de lege, unele fiind pe cale de disparitie. Comuna C.A. Rosetti Este situata in Judetul Tulcea, Dobrogea, localizata in partea central-sudica a grindului LETEA, in nord estul Deltei Dunarii si cuprinde 5 sate : C.A. Rosetti, Cardon, Letea, Periprava, Sfistofca. Localitatea C.A.ROSETTI este una dintre cele mai izolate asezari umane din Rezervatia Biosferei Delta Dunarii,iar cu exceptia satului de resedinta(C.A.Rosetti) toate celelate 4(patru) sate(inclusiv Cardon) sunt conectate la un curs de apa: Letea la canalul Magearu; Periprava la bratul Chilia; Sfistofca si Cardon la canalul dintre Sulina si Amenajarea Piscicola Popina. Facilitati oferite investitorilor - terenuri disponibile in vederea concesionarii pentru dezvoltarea activitatii economice; - interesul autoritatilor europene si nationale in acordarea de fonduri nerambursabile si subventii pentru diverse proiecte din domeniul piscicol, turistic si pentru alte activitati specifice zonei. - reducerea cu 50% a impozitelor si tarifelor la energia electrica; - transport naval subventionat conform HG535/2000; - taxe si impozite reduse; conexiune la telefonie mobila si digitala. S.C ECOTURISM DELTA DUNARII S.R.L, cu sediul in Bucuresti, str. Parfumului nr. 12, Sector 3, prin reprezentantii sai legali, va informeaza ca detinem in legalitate si oferim spre vanzare urmatoarele: 1.AMENAJARE PISCICOLA – in suprafata de 736 ha, situata in zona POPINA – PERIPRAVA – LETEA, judetul TULCEA; 2.COMPLEX CLADIRI, situat in zona POPINA – GRIND, judetul TULCEA; 3.COMPLEX TURISTIC CASUTE VACANTA – vanatori, pescari, turisti, situat in localitatea C.A.ROSETTI, judetul TULCEA. Avand in vedere cele prezentate, consideram ca specificul Deltei Dunarii precum si al zonei prezentata anterior spre vanzare ofera potential ridicat pentru dezvoltarea industriei ospitaliere, iar dezvoltarea agroturismului, turismului si ecoturismului prin exploatarea la parametri maximi a resurselor piscicole, cinegetice si a resurselor vegetale ( stuf, pasuni, fructe de padure) face ca investitia pe care o veti face dumneavoastra sa fie extrem de profitabila. De asemenea, valorificarea resurselor naturale regenerabile, recoltarea, capturarea si /sau achizitia si comercializarea pe piata interna sau la export a resurselor piscicole, exploatarea la maxim a capacitatii de cazare pentru turism,vanatoare si pescuit sportiv, vor determina o accentuare rapida a castigurilor financiare in aceasta zona unica in Europa si chiar in lume. Realitatea este ca Delta Dunarii(a treia delta din Europa) atrage anual doar 70.000 de turisti, de 14 ori mai putin fata de alte delte europene mult mai mici ca suprafata, precum cea franceza (Delta Camarague) sau cea italiana (Delta del Po) OFERTA DE VANZARE SI / SAU ASOCIERE. You can rotate it left or right and can have 4 desktop with as many programs opened. You just have to download and unzip it. Then run the “YouDm 3d” to start the service. You might not get any effect when you just click it. You need to set some of the settings and then use the hot keys to move your windows in and out and rotate to chose another desktop.!!! You will have to use the hot keys like ctrl and shit so that you can rotate around the desktops. Here is the configuration screen. Don’t forget to choose your language when you start the screen. This can also be configured to start with windows. You can also choose to use anti aliasing feature and your graphics hardware to be used or not. It will depend on you hardware.
